Acceptance
By accessing Enocovo, you agree to these terms. Enocovo is a non-custodial interface to a decentralized prediction-market protocol on Solana. If you do not agree, do not use the interface.
High-risk product
Prediction markets are high-risk. Positions can lose their entire value at resolution. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Eligibility
You represent that you are of legal age and that your use of prediction markets is permitted where you live. Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.
No warranty
The interface is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. On-chain protocols can contain bugs; public infrastructure can fail or rate-limit. Enocovo is not liable for losses arising from use of the protocol or interface.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
